We Are Looking for Sales & Marketing Executive (Organic Honey Products)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell OrganicFreshIndia Honey and expand its market presence.
This role requires a proactive individual who can handle both field sales and marketing activities to increase product awareness and drive consistent sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FMCG or organic product markets, along with the ability to build relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, executing promotional strategies, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets across local and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell OrganicFreshIndia Honey to retailers, wholesalers, and direct customers
- Identify and develop new sales channels and distribution networks
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
- Increase brand awareness through both offline and online strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to improve strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Experience in field sales and local market knowledge is a plus
- Passion for organic, natural, or health-related products
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (optional but beneficial)
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits
